Verification Process

Introduction

At TubeV.sex, verification is crucial to ensure all content is consensual, legal, and from adults 18+. As a user-generated platform, we don't require upfront ID for every upload but trigger checks when needed, like after reports or flags. This helps keep things efficient while complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and our Legal 2257. Uploaders must confirm compliance during submission, and we act fast on any issues.

How Verification Works

1. During Upload: You affirm that all performers are 18+, consented, and you have records (names, IDs, birth dates). No immediate ID upload needed, but keep them ready.
2. Triggered by Reports: If a video gets flagged (via report button or automated scan), we review and may ask for proof. This happens post-upload, usually within 24-48 hours of a complaint.
3. Proof of Ownership/Age: For disputes (e.g., non-consensual claims), we request government ID or other docs to prove you're the owner and performers' age/consent. Send to abuse@tubev.sex—we handle confidentially.
4. Automated Tools: We use hash matching and AI to spot potential issues early, but human review confirms.
Non-compliant content is removed, accounts suspended if repeated. For models/partners, see Content Partners.

User Responsibilities

Uploaders: Maintain 2257 records for 7 years, available for inspection. Report any stolen content via Copyright.
Users: Use report tools responsibly—false reports can lead to penalties.
We cooperate with law enforcement for serious cases like CSAM.
